The satisfaction of individual needs of children and adults for intellectual and moral improvement and the organization of their free time is the priority direction in modern state additional educational and educational process.<\/p>\n<p>The \u201cAdditional general education program for children and adults at the course of the drawing (four years)\u201d implemented by \u201cEvening drawing classes\u201d at the I.E.
