In order to avoid confusion of semantic meanings in the practice of psychological research of two non-identical, but often confused terms, the authors offer a comparative analysis of the psychological nature of the definitions of \u201cpsychological safety\u201d and \u201csafe personality\u201d. If \u201cpsychological safety\u201d is determined by the well-being and nature of the sensation of danger at the psyche level, then the \u201csafe person\u201d itself is the bearer of emotional comfort and social stability of relations. This article provides evidence and examples of the manifestation of both concepts studied.
