As a result of an empirical study, the authors conclude that the more restrained, reasonable, serious, in-depth, preoccupied, pessimistic worker, the more often he may have selfish attitudes in his work. While personality traits: discipline, accuracy in fulfilling social requirements, good emotional-volitional control, attention to one\u2019s reputation are interconnected with a low level of satisfaction with one\u2019s achievements in professional activity.
