PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY OF THE BACHELOR OF MANAGEMENT IN THE CONTEXT OF SOCIAL INTERACTION COMPETENCE

Abstract: the article discusses the importance of the formation of the social interaction competence of the bachelor of management in professional activities. The content of social interaction competence for management students, its constituent elements are described. The relevance of this topic is due to the fact that this competence is related to the ability to analyze specific social and social situations, as well as helps in making decisions and allows to act on the basis of personal and public benefit. The role of vocational education in the formation of the competence of social interaction is defined. The main task of vocational training in the process of forming the competence of social interaction is the consolidation and concretization of professional knowledge and skills acquired as a result of theoretical training; however, an integral part of this competence is the formation of personality traits of the future manager necessary to perform professional functions at the proper level. The competence of social interaction is considered as the key competence of the future manager and is the basis for the development of the remaining professional competencies.
