Abstract: this article discusses the principles of managerial culture, which are the basis of its formation and development. There is a certain set of principles that are interconnected, interpenetrating and complementary elements of a managerial culture. The managerial culture is made up of accepted principles that should be shared by each member of the work collective, leadership style, which will also be accepted by each person.
The article describes the essence of such principles as the principle of humanism, the principle of democracy, the principle of morality, the principle of collectivism, the principle of justice, the principle of unity of word and deed (behavior), the principle of exactingness, the principle of responsibility.
