Abstract: training of managers of new type, enterprising and mobile, adapted for intensive and productive activity in the conditions of the modern market, having the innovative and enterprise competence built in the course of preparation, is one of key problems of economic education in the field of management now. The problem of modeling of process of forming of the corresponding competence of graduates of educational institution is actively developed in domestic and foreign literature.
