PHYSICAL EDUCATION AND SPORT AS A MEANS OF PREVENTING TECHNOLOGICAL DEPENDENCE IN YOUNG STUDENTS

Abstract: there is no doubt that technology has revolutionized the way our world functions and therefore the way people live. On the other hand, at present, technological dependence is an educational problem, undervalued in view of its spread and prevalence among young learners. The processes of learning and education are dependent on environmental experience, as technology creates a new space for it. The purpose of the article is to study the effects of technology on the lifestyle of young students. The analysis of domestic and foreign literature in this area was carried out, as well as the opinions of many researchers were considered. It was revealed that currently the impact of technology on the health of young students has both positive and negative sides. It is necessary to pay close attention to this problem on the part of educational institutions and families of young students, as well as to conduct continuous work to maintain a healthy lifestyle through physical education and sports.
