THE IMPACT OF THE RESULTS OF THE E-LEARNING MANAGEMENT IN THE UNIVERSITY ON THE EFFECTIVENESS OF TEACHING

Abstract: the article considers the significance of e-learning methods based on the use of modern pedagogical, informational and telecommunication technologies, which is an important and promising direction of the development of the educational system. These technologies are especially useful in the countries with a large extent, for example, in Russia. The introduction of effective e-learning systems leads to social access of good education for the majority of the population, helps people, who can not use the services of full-time education.

Thus, e-learning can help solve a number of socio-economic problems: to meet the needs of people in higher education; to improve the level of the population; to increase access to higher levels of education; to organize regular training of specialists in various fields. Therefore, it is the possibility of getting modern education by the population of different regions of Russia, which requires educational and organizational support. Particular attention is paid to the use of technologies that improve the quality of education, promote creativity to prepare people for life in different social environments. Consequently, an important tool in the work of teachers is the management of e-learning.
