INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES FOR THE FORMATION OF ICT COMPETENCIES AT STUDENTS IN PEDAGOGICAL HIGHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION

Abstract: the use of the latest information technologies in the educational process encourages students to become more active in learning. Therefore, the introduction of the latest technical tools of ICT training into the educational space is very important. It is established that the development of ICT-competence in teaching disciplines of professional cycle proceeds efficiently in the framework of structural and content model, including motivational-targeted, meaningful activity and control and corrective components. And the use of electronic educational resources (EER) form students’ skills to work with information and computer technology and, therefore, form ICT competence differentially from different sides.

The purpose of the publication is to present the results of the implementation of innovative technology for the formation of ICT competencies in students studying at the pedagogical university.

Results. An effective approach to the activation of students’ cognitive interest based on the introduction of IC technologies into educational practice is proposed. The structure of the methodology for the introduction of technologies into the educational process, which is a complete system of different types and formats of educational material accompanying the learning process and control of students’ knowledge, is described. The program for the introduction of ICT in the educational process and the results of its implementation, which was carried out from 2015 to 2018 on the basis of the Department of Technology and Methods of Teaching Technology of Omsk State Pedagogical University, is presented in a generalized form.

Practical significance. The methodology proposed by the authors for the introduction of ICT is an innovative effective tool in teaching disciplines of the professional cycle in the direction of “Technological education”, which is aimed at activating the cognitive interest of students, the formation of ICT competence.
