EDUCATION AS A FACTOR OF IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF HUMAN CAPITAL

Abstract: the article discusses the impact of the development of teaching staff on the success of the educational organization. The idea of necessity of introduction of innovative technologies of development of pedagogical workers as it is impossible to bring up the young person with a wide outlook and aspiration to high achievements both personal, and professional if low qualified, stopped in the development teachers engaged in this activity, is expressed. The introduction of innovative technologies in the personnel management of the educational organization will contribute to the development of members of the teaching staff and the training and education of the young generation, capable of becoming human capital.
