SYSTEM-ACTIVITY APPROACH AS A METHODOLOGICAL BASIS FOR PREPARING FUTURE MANAGERS FOR CROSS-CULTURAL INTERACTION

Abstract: the article defines the following terms: system, system approach, activity approach, system-activity approach, manager and intercultural interaction. We consider the role of intercultural interaction in the modern world and the relevance of this problem. The importance of intercultural interaction for future managers is indicated. A brief history of the emergence of a systematic approach is analyzed and a system definition is given, in addition, the principles of a systematic approach and pedagogical ideas that contribute to its origin are described. The general properties of pedagogical systems, principles and general methodological procedures in a systematic approach are considered. The preparation of future managers for intercultural interaction as a system has been analyzed. The activity approach is described and authors who consider the activity approach in their works are indicated. Then the integrated system-activity approach is considered. The components of the system-activity approach are indicated, and the use of the system-activity approach as a methodological basis for preparing future managers for intercultural interaction is explained. We described the changes taking place in management at the present time, and identified the qualities that are important for a manager in the modern world. Intercultural interaction is analyzed as a system with three subsections, and the relevance of teaching intercultural interaction is described. The gradation of methods of intercultural interaction is indicated. Positive and negative aspects of intercultural interaction are considered.
