Abstract: this article focuses on the study of the features of psychological perception of time in the modern aspect. Time is indeed a subjective unit of measurement of human lives, and it is quite fleeting. The article presents the results of a study of medical university students by the method of included observation, to determine the type of people and their subjective characteristics of measuring their biological time. In accordance with this, the author’s method of measuring time among the younger and older generations was also developed. Thus, time is a unit of measurement for the entire society of our planet. But it is beyond human control. People can only learn to plan their personal time by influencing changes in their subjective component within the overall social time.
