EMPIRICAL STUDY OF THE INFLUENCE OF THE PERSONAL FEATURES OF THE EMPLOYEE ON THEIR JOB SATISFACTION

Abstract: the article considers the influence of individual psychological characteristics of medical workers on his satisfaction with work. As a result of an empirical study, the authors conclude that the more restrained, reasonable, serious, in-depth, preoccupied, pessimistic worker, the more often he may have selfish attitudes in his work. While personality traits: discipline, accuracy in fulfilling social requirements, good emotional-volitional control, attention to one’s reputation are interconnected with a low level of satisfaction with one’s achievements in professional activity. A high level of correlation was found between adequate self-esteem and satisfaction with relationships with management.

The authors of the article suggested that the emotional stability and credulity of the employee have a significant impact on his satisfaction with work and experimentally proved it.
