KNOWLEDGE OF THE AGE FEATURES OF STUDENTS AS A BASIS FOR FORMING THE PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE OF FUTURE BACHELORS OF VOCATIONAL TRAINING

Abstract: the article describes the specifics of arming future bachelors of vocational training with knowledge of the age characteristics of students. This work is related to the educational course of the university “Age-related physiology and psychophysiology”. In the course of studying the course, the main form of training with which students create the necessary competencies is laboratory work. Students under the guidance of a teacher conduct classical experiments aimed at studying the activity of organs and organ systems and identifying age-related features of the personality’s development. Experiments can be conducted in pairs, which will motivate students and develop their communication skills, as well as teach them how to organize work in a small group. It is concluded that knowledge of the age characteristics of students allows students to choose more effective teaching methods, forms, means and technologies of training in the future.
