Abstract: the article analyzes the process of adaptation of an orphan student in the conditions of getting professional education in a multicultural environment. The article describes the multicultural space, considers the factors of pedagogical support of adaptation of students – orphans in a multicultural environment, analyzes the differences between the concepts of “ethnic group culture” and “ethnic culture”. Multicultural educational space reflects the cultural diversity of modern society and is considered in the context of this study as a universal educational space. In this regard, this article discusses the features of adaptation of orphaned students in multicultural educational conditions of a professional organization.
